If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. We would request you to read our Returns Policy before placing your order.
Return duration & Product condition
If you are not fully satisfied with our product, whatever the reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. For a valid replacement or full refund, we will ensure that the product is in its unused form and in its original packaging. Cues and Cue shafts should not have been chalked and should not show any signs of use. We request you to return the item(s) in secure packaging otherwise we may not accept it.
It is up to the customer to ensure that the returned item reaches us. We will not accept proof of postage. We recommend returning goods using our free Royal Mail tracked service. If the item does not qualify for this service we recommend using signed-for or tracked method that ensures that the item reaches us. We can provide this facility for a small additional fee.
Free Royal Mail return service
If the item to be returned meets the following conditions for dimensions, you can avail our free Royal Mail return service:
Box or Bag – Maximum weight of 20 kg and maximum size of 61x46x46 cm (LxWxD).
Tube – Maximum weight of 20 kg and total of the length and twice the diameter should not exceed 104 cm. The longest dimension allowed is 90 cm.
If your returning package does not meet these requirements you will have to bear the full P&P cost of returning.
Damaged or Faulty items
In case of damaged or faulty items we may offer a product replacement or refund based on following process:
- You should contact us to report a damage or fault.
- We may require you to email us a picture of the damage/fault.
- We may request you to return us the faulty item.
- Kindly do not return us a faulty item unless we request you to do so.
- We will refund any P&P costs incurred on all returned items which are accepted as damaged/faulty from our end.
All our international customers are required to bear the cost of the return postage.
