• UK Orders: Despatched same day if payment cleared by 13:00 pm on weekdays; otherwise, next working day.
• Free Standard Delivery: 2-3 days for all UK orders. Excludes tables.
• Express Delivery: 1-2 days within the UK, with most items delivered within 24 hours. May take up to 48 hours for Scottish Highlands and British Isles.

EU Shipping:

• Trade agreement ensures zero tariffs and quotas on most goods. Import duties may apply for non-EU/UK products (up to 25%). Additional customs clearance fees and local VAT not included in delivery charges.

Return Conditions
Products must be returned within 30 days in unused condition and original packaging. Cues must be unchalked and show no signs of use. Secure packaging required for returns. We recommend using our free Royal Mail tracked service for returns.

Free Royal Mail Return Service
Eligible for items within 20 kg and maximum dimensions of 61x46x46 cm (LxWxD) for boxes, or 104 cm length and diameter for tubes. Over-sized packages incur full P&P costs.

Damaged/Faulty Items
Report damages or faults immediately. We may ask for a picture or the return of the faulty item. We cover P&P costs for accepted damaged/faulty returns.

International Returns
International customers bear the return postage costs.
