Stan continues to establish himself as one of the most exciting young players on the professional tour, combining fearless attacking snooker with impressive composure and break-building ability.
The 2025/26 season proved to be a breakthrough year, with Stan reaching his first ranking event quarter-finals at the British Open and Wuhan Open before achieving another major milestone by qualifying for the Crucible for the first time. His performances saw him climb into the world's top 40.
His progress has continued into the new season, including another strong run at the 2026 British Open, where he has reached the last 16 following victories over Yao Pengcheng and Zhang Anda
