Returns Policy

Enjoy our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all items, except custom-made cues. If you're not satisfied, return the product within 30 days for a replacement or full refund. Please review our Returns Policy before ordering.

Return Conditions
Products must be returned within 30 days in unused condition and original packaging. Cues must be unchalked and show no signs of use. Secure packaging required for returns. We recommend using our free Royal Mail tracked service for returns.

Free Royal Mail Return Service
Eligible for items within 20 kg and maximum dimensions of 61x46x46 cm (LxWxD) for boxes, or 104 cm length and diameter for tubes. Over-sized packages incur full P&P costs.

Damaged/Faulty Items
Report damages or faults immediately. We may ask for a picture or the return of the faulty item. We cover P&P costs for accepted damaged/faulty returns.

International Returns
International customers bear the return postage costs.
