  2. Qualifying orders receive the following rewards, based on order value:
  • £30 or more: free express shipping

  1. Rewards are cumulative. An order of £150 or more receives free express shipping and all three free gifts.
  2. Spend thresholds are calculated on the order total after any discounts or voucher codes have been applied, excluding delivery charges.
  3. Free express shipping applies to UK mainland addresses only. Orders outside of this area are charged at standard delivery rates.
  4. Free gifts are added to qualifying orders automatically at checkout. Each order is limited to one of each free gift.
  5. There is no charge to claim these rewards, and product prices have not been raised to cover them.
  6. Free gifts may be dispatched separately from the rest of your order at no extra delivery cost.
  7. Free gifts are available while stocks last. If a gift is unavailable, Cue + Case may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.
  8. Free gifts cannot be swapped for alternative products, exchanged, or refunded separately from the qualifying order, and have no cash alternative.
  9. Cue + Case reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse future orders from customers who misuse this promotion, including by repeatedly returning items to reduce an order below a qualifying threshold after receiving free gifts.

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Funky Chalk Ltd, trading as Cue + Case ("the Promoter"), www.cueandcase.co.uk.

2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of Funky Chalk Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age and UK residency before awarding a prize. If a winner cannot demonstrate that they meet the eligibility requirements, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

3. How to enter
There will be separate prize draws on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
To enter on Instagram or TikTok, participants must follow @cueandcase, like the relevant giveaway post and follow the entry instructions stated in that post.

To enter on Facebook, participants must follow the entry instructions stated in the giveaway post. Entrants may be invited to tag or mention a friend, but doing so is not a requirement of entry.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotional post, only one entry per person per platform will be accepted.

Entrants may enter on more than one platform, but a person may win a maximum of one prize across the promotion.

Bulk, automated, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries will be disqualified.

4. Promotion period

Entries open when the relevant giveaway post is published and close at 23:59 UK time on Sunday 27 September 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

5. Prizes

There are three prizes in total:
The prizes are as described in the promotional material and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make it necessary, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection and notification

One winner will be selected from all valid eligible entries received on each platform.
Winners will be selected using a verifiably random selection process after the closing date.
Once a person has been selected as a winner on one platform, they will not be eligible to win one of the remaining platform prizes.

Winners will be contacted by direct message from the official Cue + Case account on the platform through which they entered within 7 days of the closing date.

Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. If a winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

Entrants should be aware of fraudulent accounts impersonating Cue + Case. Cue + Case will never ask a winner to make a payment or provide bank or card details in order to claim a prize.
7. Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to UK addresses only.
The winner must provide a valid UK delivery address when requested.
The Promoter will aim to dispatch prizes within 30 days of confirming the winner's eligibility and delivery details.

8. Winner information

The Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of prize winners where required by applicable promotional marketing rules.

A winner may object to some or all of this information being published or made available by contacting the Promoter. This will not prevent the Promoter from providing information to a relevant regulatory authority where required.

9. Personal information

Personal information supplied in connection with this promotion will be used only where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, verify winners, arrange delivery of prizes and meet the Promoter's legal or regulatory obligations, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

10. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram and TikTok have no responsibility for the administration of the promotion or fulfilment of the prizes and release those platforms from liability in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Any questions regarding the promotion should be directed to Cue + Case and not to Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

11. General

The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the promotion and selection of winners is final, subject to applicable law and regulation.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, provided that entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation of the entry process or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
