1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Funky Chalk Ltd, trading as Cue + Case ("the Promoter"), www.cueandcase.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Funky Chalk Ltd, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible to enter. Entry is free - no purchase necessary. Eligibility is self-declared by the entrant; the Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age or UK residency before releasing a prize, and to disqualify an entrant or reclaim a prize if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. How to enter
To enter, participants must: follow @cueandcase on the relevant platform, like the giveaway post, and tag one friend in the comments. Entries must be made on the platform specified in the promotional post. One entry per person per platform. Bulk, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
4. Promotion period
Entries open when the giveaway post is published and close at 23:59 (UK time) on Sunday 27th September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. Prizes
Three prizes are available: one signed Stan Moody Baize Master Cue + Case Set per platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), three prizes in total. Prizes are as described and not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or other alternatives, except at the Promoter's discretion.
6. Winner selection and notification
One winner per platform will be selected at random from eligible entries after the closing date. Winners will be notified by direct message on the platform they entered within 7 days of the closing date. A winner must respond within 48 hours of notification; if no response is received in that time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to UK addresses only. The winner is responsible for providing a valid delivery address within the timeframe requested by the Promoter.

9. General
The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms.
