Shipping policy

All orders that the payment has been cleared before 12:00 pm, we aim to despatch all the orders on the same Working Day. Otherwise, the order will be despatched the next Working Day.

Free Delivery

All orders shipping to the UK qualify for free Standard delivery (within 2 to 3 days).

Express shipping

Yes, we offer an express delivery option of 1 to 2 days within UK. In most cases, the items shipped on express option are delivered within 24 hours from despatch. But in rare cases, the items may take up to 48 hours to be delivered, especially in the Scottish Highlands and British Isles.

Couriers/Services

The choice of the courier/service depends on the item ordered. Usually, smaller items are sent by the Royal Mail. Snooker and pool cues are mostly sent through the Royal Mail tracked services. Heavier items like pool ball sets and snooker cue cases are mostly sent through Parcel Force. We may also use UPS, DPD or My Hermes.

All the courier and tracked services will have tracking numbers which will be informed to you immediately via email and will also be updated on your account.

Exceptions: – If you place an order for smaller items like tips, chalk holders and soft case which are shipped on their own, they will most likely be despatched through the Royal Mail on non-trackable service.

Worldwide shipping

Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipping services to international destinations at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
