If your not 100% satisfied with any product(s) for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and in it's original packaging for a full refund including P&P charges. Buyer must pay the full P&P cost of returning the item and should always obtain proof of posting or send by recorded delivery. We will not refund returned items lost in the post that have no proof of posting.

For damaged or faulty goods, either a replacement product or a refund will be given to you. We may require you to return the faulty product first. We will refund any P&P costs incurred if you return goods to us that are deemed faulty.
